Music for the soul: Music that was captured in a time and place that will forever enlighten its listeners. Gotta take the time to respect projects of the past that have given us such music. Today I am featuring a group of reggae musicians that have graced Upright Basement Music over the years, blessing us with vibes and recordings from numerous live shows. These musicians are all friends and have played under many names. The band I am featuring now: The New Souls, was the first of several bands organized by these musicians. The New Souls toured throughout the northeast and east coast of the United States, playing small club venues to large outdoor festivals in several major cities: Boston, NYC, Philadelphia, Washington DC, as well as others in between.
